Installation: Download Label_Image.jar into the plugins folder and restart ImageJ.
Source file: The source can be extracted with the command: jar xvf Label_Image.jar
Description: ImageJ plugin to add x and y scales and lables to a color contour plot.
Dialog: Experiment with this to learn what it does. The toolbar foreground and background color settings optionally contol the text/lines and margins.

Limitations: The sizes of the added margins are fixed, so the useful range of font sizes is limited.
The ends of the scales may not be labeled.
Many features of the ij.gui.Plot and ij.gui.PlotWindow classes from which this is hacked have not been carried over yet.
